PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs are NOT included in the prices shown. In general, they add about $3.00 to $3.50 for an average size book, and about $1.00 to $1.50 for each additional book shipped. Large books will be somewhat more. I will notify you by return e-mail as to availability and exact shipping costs. Books are shipped Media Mail rate (or cheapest rate) via the United States Postal Service, unless you request priority shipping at a higher cost. NOTE: If books need to be shipped outside the US (including to Canada) please specify country in your e-mail, since that will significantly affect shipping costs. International postal rates have increased dramatically, since all international shipping must now be by air. If you are a VIRGINIA RESIDENT, you will also have to pay state sales tax. Individuals are required to pay before books will be shipped, and payment must be received within three weeks or the order may be voided. Credit card payments can only be made through PayPal*. Otherwise payment must be by check or money order (in U.S. funds only). Libraries can have the books shipped to them with an invoice. Please make sure that your e-mail order contains all necessary address information for mailing.
